This practice is designed to allow the body and mind to relax into a more open, relaxed and peaceful state. Through gentle poses and deepening breaths, the body is given a chance to let go of tension in the connective tissues while mindfulness techniques and guided meditation opens then rests the mind so the heart may become centered and restored.
