By nurturing ourselves with breath, movement, and meditation, we feel comfortable in our own skin...and life just feels sweeter.

My own yoga journey began about 15 years ago as a complement to my running. With twenty years in fitness as a personal trainer and fitness instructor, I was amazed at how yoga changed my mind and spirit as much as it did my body. My passion is to share this beauty of yoga with everyone! Yoga is an intimate practice. Through yoga, we develop an intimate relationship with our body, mind, and spirit. The beauty of yoga is that it can be whatever you need at the moment. Yoga will meet you where you are. My goal as a teacher is to encourage and guide students to find their own sweet spot of yoga. Sometimes that is challenging and sometimes that is soft…but always searching for the ease within the effort. And always letting breath be our guide. Yoga has taught me to taste the moment. My desire is to help others find the joy of yoga and life… both on and off the mat. By nurturing ourselves with breath, movement, and meditation, we feel comfortable in our own skin. Please join me as we taste this moment of our lives. Namaste’

The number one quality I wish to communicate and share in my classes is lightness and joy.

Throughout her life, Lisa has explored many different systems of wellness as well as to maintain strength and vitality, both physically, emotionally, and spiritually. During her journey, she has received multiple certifications in personal training, group fitness training, and yoga practices.

One day, a yoga instructor and good friend told her about a new form of yoga where one is suspended in air. Knowing not much about aerial yoga at the time, Lisa decided to take her advise and try something new. After experiencing her first Aerial Yoga Class, she knew right away she needed to share this with others.

She traveled to New York, Sarasota, and Colorado to learn and master this new yoga technique. She combined her fitness and yoga experience with her in depth aerial yoga training to can create classes that are suitable and beneficial for everyone.

There are many paths to serenity, equanimity, and joy but they all begin with our ability to harness the power of the mind and the thoughts that arise therein.

Jack Fisher has devoted his life to the study of history, culture and religion and how these intersect with human happiness, Mind, and Being. In addition to his impressive university experience, Jack has participated in several intensive retreats and workshops under the tutelage of Dr. Dorothy Austin at The Barre Center for Buddhist Studies in Barre Massachusetts. There he had the great honor of being able to study with, and learn from, Buddhist Masters Andrew Olendzki, Ph.D. and Sharon Salzberg. Jack also had the opportunity to meet with, and attend lectures by Diana L. Eck, director of The Pluralism Project at Harvard University, and a leader in the study of Hinduism. Jack is an advocate of the Perennial Philosophy, the common eternal philosophy that underlies all religions, and in particular the mystical streams within them.
